FANCY FENCE RETRACTABLE GATES AND FENCES
The FANCY FENCE system redefines your property’s entrance by combining prestige and discretion. Its central element is a retractable fence panel that, thanks to an integrated mechanism, disappears entirely into the ground when not needed — freeing up the view and enhancing the surrounding architecture. The panel is housed in a reinforced concrete vault, guaranteeing stability and durability. Thanks to its modular design, multiple sections can be combined to create fences of varying lengths, perfectly adapted to each project’s specific needs. The gate panel is balanced by a massive counterweight system connected via cables and pulleys, allowing the use of low-power standard electric motors for sliding gates. This engineering ensures optimal reliability, easy operation and simple maintenance.

SHAPE FREEDOM
The FANCY FENCE system allows you to shape the gate or fence line as you wish. While most gates are linear, they can also be designed as curved or angular, blending harmoniously with yourproperty’s aesthetics.

CUSTOMIZABLE INFILL DENSITY
Retractable gates and fences can feature varying degrees of infill. Standard models consist of posts with a 100 mm (4”) visible gap, but semi-solid or solid designs are also available for greater privacy.

VARIABLE HEIGHTS
The system allows for adjusting the height of individual posts to accommodate atypical entrance shapes, ensuring full protection even in complex configurations.
INSTALLATION ON INCLINED DRIVEWAYS
Thanks to the vertical movement of the panel, FANCY FENCE retractable gates and fences are the only ones on the market that can be installed on sloped driveways without leveling the terrain. (For significant slopes, a linear drainage system on the higher side is recommended.)

SAND AND DUST RESISTANCE
All sensitive mechanisms are protected inside the concrete cassette under protective covers. In sandy areas, additional seals can be installed for maximum protection.
ENHANCED SAFETY
FANCY FENCE gates are equipped with double sets of photocells on each end. If the beam is interrupted, the movement stops immediately. Additionally, overload sensors are built into the motors as standard. Unlike traditional gates, FANCY FENCE systems remain safe for people, animals, and property — even if primary safety systems fail. Certified by independent laboratories to meet the highest safety standards.
NO NEED FOR SNOW REMOVAL
Unlike sliding or swinging gates that require manual snow clearing, FANCY FENCE gates retract seamlessly without intervention — even after heavy snowfall.
MANUAL MODE
In case of power outage, gates can be manually operated using a key through aninspection hatch on the central cover. Thanks to perfect balancing, even a child can operate the system.
INVISIBLE PEDESTRIAN GATE
The pedestrian gate integrated into FANCY FENCE has no visible hinges and rotatesdiscreetly around the extreme post, using a hidden horizontal beam. For those wishing to make the gate more visible, a wide range of materials and colors is available.
PRECISE INSTALLATION
To guarantee the best results, FANCY FENCE gates are installed exclusively by specially trained teams. The system is placed inside a concrete vault prepared according to detailed guidelines available in the Architect Space. A prefabricated vault option is also available in selected regions.
