Underground Gates for Residential Properties

Entrance gates and retractable-in-ground fences perform well in both single-family and multi-family developments, particularly where traditional gates cannot be used due to limited space or site topography. The vertical movement of the panel allows installation in narrow entrance zones, near garages located close to the fence line and on driveways with varying gradients.

The modular design makes it possible to create fences of any length and configuration, with individual sections reaching widths of up to 12 m. The system can be complemented with pedestrian gates visually matched to the fence, either discreetly integrated into its line or clearly defined. Pedestrian gates can be equipped with a drive and remote control, ensuring a consistent method of operation for the entire entrance.

FANCY FENCE remote-controlled gates offer complete freedom in composing the fence, with a choice of post profiles and finishing materials tailored to the architectural vision of the property. Available infill options include HPL panels, sintered quartz, Corten steel, stainless steel, copper, tempered glass, timber – as well as materials supplied directly by the investor. Each element can be configured to reflect the style of the building, whether contemporary or classic in character.

All material parameters and installation methods are agreed with the distributor at the project stage to guarantee both visual coherence and technical correctness. Covers for External Gates

FANCY FENCE external gates are complemented by a selection of ground covers designed to match the character of the property. Options include steel covers – available with or without an anti-slip finish – that combine durability with safe everyday use of the driveway surface. For a fully integrated look, covers can also be filled with material identical to the surrounding pavement or driveway, so the gate location blends naturally into the ground. Where conditions demand additional resilience, stainless steel covers provide long-lasting corrosion resistance suited to intensive residential use. Every cover variant is engineered to balance structural performance with a clean, unobtrusive appearance at ground level.
