Climate tests in conditions from -23°C to -8°C

In-ground retractable gates from Fancy Fence are designed to operate in harsh climate conditions. In recent tests, -23°C was maintained inside the gate pocket, while -8°C was recorded around the spans. A special chamber enables rapid cooling with liquid nitrogen, followed by heating with industrial heaters.

These conditions allow for the analysis of stress, tightness, and drive performance. As a result, we can detect and eliminate potential structural weaknesses in advance.

Moisture and sudden temperature fluctuations further test corrosion resistance. Our solutions maintain full functionality even under extreme conditions.
